Mô tả công việc
- Get new design directly from customers or from Sales Team.
- Understand the request of the customer and communicate between ME Team and the customer until the first drawing is approved for Sample.
- Understand the requirements to participate in developing color Samples for products with FIN Sample Team to meet customers' requirements, track and support FIN information and give reasonable advice and deal with customers until Color panels are approval.
- Work together with Sourcing team, ME team to seek new materials for the products to meet customer requirement if the product has new materials.
- Schedule sample production to have suitable deadlines for customers, if customers require urgent goods, they must meet the required time and report back to customers.
- Track sample progress, materials related to samples, work with materials department, coordinate overall information about materials for Sample.
- After completion of Sample, work with Photographers to take pictures according to the standard for customers, send pictures to customers and wait for approval until the sample is ok to ship. If Sample does not meet the requirements or the client need modification, rerun the entire drawing editing process, rerun the sample until approval
- Upon the fact that Customers visit the plant to review Samples, set up Samples to review with customers and follow-up with customers, meeting all customers' needs until Sample is approved to ship.
- Handle shipping by SEA, AIR depending on customer request.
- Receive comments / Approval from Customers and hand over to ME Team.
- Do all reports upon the request of customers, Sale Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business English/Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in furniture industry and has been in the position of PD / RD (sample product development).
- Computer skills and/or software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
- Working independently with limited supervision.
