Mô tả công việc

1. Improvement project management in RSC

  • Leading and preparing all document project from kick off to closing and data analysis.
  • Assist project manager in project management related tasks such as risk reporting, project budget/resources/… tracking report, open point list and consult to Project manager proper actions.
  • Monitor status and operations of all projects and campaigns of the department to allocate work and make on-time delivery.
  • Break down the department's objectives & goals into smaller tasks quarterly, monthly, weekly,...
  • Utilize company resources, such as research, data, analytics, partnership to form the best practices to manage daily operations.
  • Understand the company and the department's organization structure to coordinate with other departments.

2. Measurement and develop KPI system

  • Business data analysis to define project improvement (CI), NPI, transformation...etc.
  • Provide PMP methodology to effective project.
  • Provide leadership to engagement stakeholders, team members.
  • Update KPI target monthly, yearly of NPI, transformation projects
  • Weekly/ Monthly NPI, transformation projects review meeting.
  • Follow up tracking budget of project monthly, yearly.
  • Training for internal for project management skill…etc.

3. Main Tasks assigned by BPM Manager

  • Co-ordinate other department to implement NPI, CI project. Update the action plan and push team member to finish the tasks
  • Other tasks assigned by BPM Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Sciences,...
  • More than 2 years’ experience in Improvement Project Management or Project Management (PMI methodologies, Agile, PMP or Lean Six Sigma), Administration…
  • 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment, 1-2 years in project management
  • PMP/PMI/ Agile project management certificate
