Job Description
1. SET & EXECUTE INDIVIDUAL OBJECTIVES & STRATEGIES
- Participate in the development of department strategy, applying functional expertise to test the viability of the strategy and contributing creative ideas and insights to support the strategy formation process.
- Develop the strategy for individual, anticipating mega-trends and complex challenges and opportunities. Ensure the strategy is successfully implemented and meets the objectives of the department.
2. MANAGE OPERATIONS
- Assist the Director in supervising and managing company activities. Act as an advisor to the Director to implement the company's development strategy
- Coordinate with all department heads to achieve and complete targets and plans on time.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and correspondence as requested
- Follow up, organize, and arrange meetings or appointments for the Director
- Review all documents before submitting them to the Director for approval
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director
- Follow up on sample procedures
- Support communication with customers to inform them about the process and means of transport of goods, and update the import-export and CS teams to meet customer deadlines
- Track and follow up on sample shipments
- Upon receiving information from customers, contact the import-export team to prioritize customs declarations and receive goods
- Collect purchase requests & raise purchase orders
- Contact and maintain relationships with old/current/new suppliers
- Work directly with the Planning, IMEX, Accounting, and Warehouse departments
3. PLAN & MAKE INDIVIDUAL BUDGET ALLOCATION DECISION
- Works with the Director and Finance dept the creation of budgets proposal and make sure they are aligned with departmental strategy
- Works on developing a Budget tracker and statistics making sure daily if not weekly all Prototype dept; units are aware of expenses progression and advices control strategies
4. MANAGE & DEVELOP RELATIONSHIP
- Support Director manage stakeholders, finding out their needs/ issues/ concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions
Job Requirement
- Education & Major Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Event Management or Hospitality, Foreign Languages, Information Technology
- English level Proficient English
- No. of general work experience 1-2 years
