Job Description
•Daily review WIP/output with the whole planning team, analyze current performance and root cause, lead, and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
• Weekly review of WIP strategy and output target with related stakeholders and lead team for the necessary actions.
• Coordinating with Production, Manufacturing , Product Development, Procurement departments to meet Customer expectation with the Best Effeciency for Prototype workshop.
• Management of the changes for the orders are in process (BOM, Routing, drawing, material... for the orders are in process).
• Weekly review of the production readiness checklist with related functions and lead team for necessary actions to meet business targets. Finalize and establish the daily production plan with stakeholders.
• Follow up ECR/NCR/MR and re-pair production if need.
• Follow up New Project timeline in cordinate with PD team.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors/manager.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 01 - 03 years of experience in planning or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Experienced with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
- Computer skills and/or software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English level: Intermediate.
