Job Description
1. MANAGE OPERATIONS
- Assist the IE Director in supervising and managing company activities. Act as an advisor to the IE Director to implement the company's development strategy
- Coordinate with all department heads to achieve and complete targets and plans on time.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the IE Director.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and correspondence as requested
- Follow up, organize, and arrange meetings or appointments for the IE Director
- Review all documents before submitting them to the IE Director for approval
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IE Director
- Follow up on sample procedures
- Support communication with customers to inform them about the process and means of transport of goods, and update the import-export and CS teams to meet customer deadlines
- Track and follow up on sample shipments
- Upon receiving information from customers, contact the import-export team to prioritize customs declarations and receive goods
- Collect purchase requests & raise purchase orders
- Contact and maintain relationships with old/current/new suppliers
- Work directly with the Planning, IMEX, Accounting, and Warehouse departments
2. MANAGE & DEVELOP RELATIONSHIP
- Support Director manage stakeholders, finding out their needs/ issues/ concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions
